libc.a in the v1.3 upgrade kit from P-H does not inlcude all of the
library routines that are required to compile all of the v1.3
commands.  I have extracted the additional routines from libsrc.a in
the distribution, but I have no idea what the order of the complete
library should be.  Would some kind soul please post the ordering of
libc.a that includes the additional files from libsrc.a?  Or at least
tell me how to figure out the required ordering of the complete v1.3
libc.a?  Thanks in advance.
