The way we set up the hard disks on our 20+ student AT clones is to make up the proper image on one machine, and then download the absolute disk image (20 meg) to a second machine using the MINIX 1.3 Ethernet stuff. These two then get copied to two more machines over Ethernet, etc. After a while, there is quite a bit of traffic on the Ethernet, but it seems to work fine. Andy Tanenbaum (ast@cs.vu.nl)
