Has anyone heard of the TWICE OSI package from TITN software
of Hayward, CA?  The are a subsidiary of Alcatel N.V. in France.
They claim to have a portable stack that "plugs-in" to your drivers
and port routines.

I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has information about
the company and/or their software (they also have X25/X29 and X.400
stuff).
