By the way, Wollongong looks a lot (!!!!!!!) like PC-IP. The combination of these three software packages resulted in a awfull performance (retransmitions). The problem went away when installing the latest version of Western Digital IPX (NOVELL) driver, The novell documentation also contains a heap of warnings about certain switches on the WD8003 card ( 6 Mhz <-> 8Mhz). So there is a problem in the combination WD8003 <--> PC-IP/Wollongong. The people of Western Digital have the answer, and if they are out there, I sure would like to know the problem. Jan.
