A faculty member asked me to post this and see what is now
available.  (As he said, the one that was "lost" was very
"old" anyway).

     I need a slolar calculator (program) that will determine
     the extra-terrestrial (potential) solar radiation (or any
     subset) for given long-lats=dates for a surface parallel to
     the earth.  It would be even better if it could calculate
     radiation input to a sloping surface.
     
Anyone have anything like this?
