I got a 277N about 8 months ago, and I like it. It cost me $435 for the drive from GVP... >on the low end of $400-$500. 5 1/4" or 3 1/2" is not especially I looked all through Computer Shopper, called many places, and got prices on many drives. When I was finished, I called GVP to find out if the drive I was considering getting (the 277N) would work with the card I had (the GVP 1MB/SCSI card). The guy said that it would, and asked me if I had a price on them. I told him that I found one for $435, and he said they could match that price, and ship it that day (COD). I got it about a week later. I'm not dissatisfied... Sean
