Subject: Noisy Fan in A200

My fan has begun making a high pitched noise.  I would like to replace the fan,
but I note that it is riveted to the aluminum frame that holds the power 
supply.  I guess this means that I will have to drill out the rivets and 
replace them with screws...  

Has anyone tried replacing their fan?  If so, what did you use as a replacement?
Alternatively, does anyone know of some kind of maintenance procedure which can
be done to reduce the noise?
