It turns out that there is. The Mac-2-Dos package from Central Coast Software does allow the use of standard Macintosh drives, included the Mac single-sided drive. If you buy their special drive along with the package, you get the bonus ability of using their drive as a standard Amiga drive. But if you don't need that capability, you don't need their drive -- a standard Apple drive will do. From my phone discussion with the folks at Central Coast, the Mac-2-Dos package will be released in late June and will retail for $99.95 without the disk drive.
