anyone else notice problems with the asctime(), time(), gmtime(), and
localtime() functions in lattice 5.02?  they seem to be off by quite a bit.
(notice that the problem may be in any one or more of the these - i noticed
it by getting stuff from time() and sending it through gmtime()/localtime()
and putting THAT through asctime().
