They took over all responsibility for service and support of the Lisa after Apple obsoleted it. Specifically, you need to get a copy of MacWorks Plus ($200) to get a reasonable Mac emulation on the Lisa. There's also a hardware mod that "reshapes" the pixels on the Lisa's rectangular screen so circles look like circles rather than elipses, squares aren't rectangles, etc. This is required if you plan to use paint or drawing programs or do desktop publishing.
