Message-ID: <8905080947.AA16168@ucbvax.Berkeley.EDU> Date: 8 May 89 10:31:00 GMT Sender: daemon@ucbvax.BERKELEY.EDU Organization: The Internet Lines: 14 I thought I'd pass on some news I just heard. Third Coast Technologies have launched a read/write optical disk that stores 900M per disk ! for 'only' #4950 sterling. Apparently they have only a few in the UK at the moment, but then at that price I don't think they'll be selling like hot-cakes. Still it's an important product for the ST and should open up vertical markets that require mass storage.
