Can someone please tell me if I could connect a VCR to my SC1224 color
monitor?  If so how and what's do I need, also please include a pin assignment
diagram or some sort like that.  What I want is to turn my color monitor into
a TV and to watch video tape.

I have:

Atari Mega 2ST
Atari SC1224 color monitor
