Usually I stuff and/or > binhex them. Actually Transverter will work with 800K disks, as long as the disk is a MFS disk. Transverter does not support HFS. Macs normally format single sided disks as MFS and double sided disks as HFS, hence the doc talks about transfering 400K disks. NOTE: The Spectre 128 software does not support formatting double sided MFS disks. Several PD programs will format double sided MFS disks, use one of them instead. Another method of transfering large files is a null modem cable. Just use a Mac term program on the Spectre and a Mac, and then use xmodem (or whatever protocol you like) to transfer the file.
