The answer is YES.  Media Maste will do it.  I'm using an AT&T 
PC6300 with a 80 track Teac and a 40 Track Toshiba disk to do just 
that.

BTW -- It'll also convert RX50 CP/M to MS-DOS PC disks.  
Media Master Plus also adds CP/M 80 emulation under DOS.
