I have been looking for my first IBM AT compatable computer and I have
found one that looks good.  It is the Tandon PCA Plus which has:

80286 10Mhz
1 Meg RAM
1.2 M floppy
20 M hard drive
Samsung Monochrome monitor
200 Watt power supply
6 unused 16 bit slots
DOS and MS Windows

all for $1500.00

My question is: is this a good buy?

My experience with computers is limited so I really don't know if this machine
is a quality product and is at a good price.

If anyone has any experience or comments on this particular brand I would 
appreciate some info.
