We sell a product called LC-Term, a very capable VT220 emulator that also
supports KERMIT, XMODEM, and a fairly powerful script language.  The retail
price is $99.95, with educational discounts and site licenses available,
which can push the per-copy price down below $30 for a large installation.
LC-Term does support 132 columns and both 7-bit and 8-bit control sequences.
