There is still one extremely annoying problem; if someone starts to specify a mailbox with the # key and then hangs up, the system just waits forever for the mailbox number to be keyed in and must be manually nudged. We have a Rolm PBX, which may be part of the problem. Even so, this is a critical problem in an office environment where messages need to be taken all day and all night. Any one have a similar problem, or even better, a solution?
