This FKEY 0 resource doesn't contain any code, but it's in the resource calling chain, so it will be found and executed (>*crash*<). I know of only one program that ever had FKEY as its creator (not a good idea, for obvious reasons); the author quickly changed the creator type, so this problem doesn't crop up too frequently... On the other hand, this may have nothing to do with the problem, especially since you're booting from different disks.
