It's pretty simple.  Run ResEdit, open the System File (or the DA file where
said DA is stored) and look at the resources of type DRVR.  You will see a list
of DAs listed with their names in quotes.  Select the desired one and do a
Get Info (under the File menu).  The DRVR resource's ID and Name and other
stuff (flags and whatnot) can be modified, and simply changing the resource's
name will change the DAs name in the DA menu.
