Simply bring it up, choose "Settings", and type in the character you want to use. That's it! As far as VersaTerm/VersaTerm PRO go: later versions allow you to decide whether you want to use the Command key or the Control key to send control characters to the host (this only works on ADB keyboards that have control keys, I believe). I know that VT 3.20 and VT PRO 2.20 had this feature, as do the latest versions, VT 4.0.x and VT PRO 3.0.x.
