Why MS couldn't have >written their own is beyond me. Would MicroSoft care to comment? Since I use QuickKeys, I've never touched the macromaker. But I have used the thesaurus, and it's not bad. As to why MS didn't implement their own -- well, I'm not Microsoft, but I can give one reason: why re-implement the wheel when a decent product is already available off the shelf? Do we really need billions of different thesaurus products, each with their own quirks and incompatible data files?
