I'm looking for a bit of help with MacroMaker, part of the new systems s/w.

I know it's a simple macro with limited capabilities (no variables) but does
anyone know how to make it pause for specified times?  I'd like to do simple
scripted demos within apps like PageMaker and FreeHand but macros race along at
breakneck speed.  A simple cruise through it w/ResEdit didn't yield any clues.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.  If possible please respond via e-mail.
