  In response to saving setup parameters, at least in the beta version of
NCSA telnet there are a Load Set and a Save Set under the file menu that save
parameters such as defeating ^c ^s ^q and the number of lines on the screen
etc..  It even will save configuations about multiple windows so if I wish to
log in the a sun at NCSA and the XM-P at NCSA, I set it up a long time ago in
a file using the Save Set option and now I just use Load Set and bingo, I have
two simultaneous sessions going (with larger screens by the way).
	 Also for your information the latest version is a beta, not an alpha
All of the public domain software from NCSA is available by anonymous ftp
from Zaphod.ncsa.uiuc.edu.
