I recently upgraded from Sunos 3.5 to 4.0.1. In SUnos 3.5, the Errors-To line would just be passed through, but in Sunos 4.0.1, the sendmail appears to apply full aliasing expansion to the Errors-To data. There is an "Errors-To: %s" string in /usr/lib/sendmail, which would appear to be the culprit. There is also an "HErrors-To:" line in the sendmail.cf file, but nothing changes when I experiment with it. I can't bypass sendmail, and I need errors sent back to an alias which expands to various destinations. Thanks in advance, Neil Gorsuch neil@cpd.com uunet!zardoz!neil (714) 546-1100
