In switch panel 1, dip switches 1,2, and 3, should be up (or in the on position). The Tandy DMP 130 is a relatively old printer. There is no set Epson printer that the Tandy emulates. Your best bet is to choose an old Epson model when using programs that require you to use a printer driver that does not specify the Tandy DMP 130. The DMP 130 will usually do well with these printer codes.
