Hi, all.

I have a question that's been bugging me about nroff
and the `me' macros.  I'm using `thesis' mode, and when
I break to get a new chapter `.+c' the output loses one
or two lines.  Actually it doesn't matter if I use thesis
mode or not.  Setting page length doesn't help either.

For example, if chapter 1 starts on line 9, chapter 2
starts on line 8 and chapter 3 starts on line 7.
I'm using tmac.e 2.14 and 2.28 on a Sun-3 (3.5 OS).
It seems like I've gone through the macros a thousand
times! :-(  Any clues?  Thanks.  Tom.
