suppose i wants to find the bitmaps(?) and the LaTeX macros(?).
now, i am not even sure what they are, but i'm sick and tired of not
having psfigTeX, so i need to install dvi2ps in my personal directory.

now, the only problem is that even if a bitmap and/or macro hit me in
the nose, i wouldn't know it....

what could the extensions be?
