I am looking for a port of METAFONT to the Macintosh.
I have heard rumors to the effect that this has been
done, but nothing concrete.  If such a port exists,
where can a get a copy (and from whom).  It would be
great if the port supported the Mac interface (to allow
character previewing, etc.), but I'll settle for a 
simple, command-line version. 

A related question...I'm also looking for 'pktor', to
convert METAFONT .pk files to Macintosh raster bitmap
files.
