Is anyone using such a card? A/UX 1.1 can print though the SuperMac card, to AppleTalk, from within the toolbox. This means that you can run your HyperCard 1.2.2, MSWord 4.0 or whatever and print using the normal "Print" option. I have seen this working here in the UK, though it was all Beta stuff at the time. I don't know if you can print from ordinary A/UX spoolers, but the AppleTalk support is fairly public (a directory full of socket1, socket2, .. devices) and so hacking CAP should be easy enough. -- William Roberts ARPA: liam@cs.qmc.ac.uk Queen Mary College UUCP: liam@qmc-cs.UUCP 190 Mile End Road Tel: 01-975 5250 LONDON, E1 4NS, UK Fax: 01-981 7517
