  Has anyone brought B news 2.11.17 up with System V/AT?  I 
have been trying to sort out all the postings that have been 
made since Patches 15,16, & 17 were released.  If someone 
has already synthesized all of that info into a workable 
news package, please let me know before I start traipsing 
down the same trail (and breaking my running system (2.11.14)).
Your localize.sh and other patches, hints, and warnings would 
be muchly appreciated.

Once I get 2.11.17 working, I will post or mail as requested.
