The 3.0 docs mention terminfo in a couple of places and even refer (See Also)
to terminfo in a spot or two.  Well, is it available or not?  Curses still
uses TERMCAP (or so it seems).  Have I not loaded something that needs to be
loaded?  Is terminfo still not supported?  Will Opus return from his near-death
out-of-body experience?

Also, how does one define the termio line discipline as the default instead of
the NEW line discipline?

I am a recent convert to Ultrix from SYSV and obviously have mucho to learno.
