IBM has been shipping X11.R3 for quite a while since it released AIX with the PS/2 model 80. The latest AIX for the RT is also X11.R3 (with some old R2 clients, un update to full R3 is available for the asking). All of the above mentioned versions of X11 for mainframes are going to be X11.R3. You need to do some more research, next time. You also seem to have an "attitude" problem.
