Lines: 27 Since texinfo.tex comes with emacs this appears to be an appropriate place to post this. I have ported TeX for the initial purpose of printing the GNU documents. TeX is generating the appropriate *.dvi files. (I have used a dvi2tty program to verify what comes out is reasonable.) Now the challenge -- to get the *.dvi stuff to a printer. What I have is a LaserWriter. I would like to use psdvi, which generates actual PostScript and then dump that to the printer. (Ideas on other methods are welcome.) Several questions: GNU uses the computer modern fonts. I have LaserWriter IInt standard fonts. How do I get TeX to format the GNU documentation with LaserWriter fonts? GNU texinfo.tex formats the pages for a left page and a right page, implying double sided printing. The LaserWriter can't do that. Do you have any idea what it takes to print it all one side only.
