Another regular posting to news.announce.newusers and news.groups that is needed is "How to setup and manage a mailing-list" or perhaps the address of some kind soul who is willing to answer such questions from would-be mailing list folks. These really need to be separated from the existing regular postings so that the existing confusion about these two items will be widely removed from net.folks.
