			  PHOTOVOLTAICS

		     AN EMERGING OPPORTUNITY

			     MAY 8-9

			   Albany, NY.

The objective of this conference is to present a timely	 view  of
the  realities	and prospects of the photovoltaic resource in the
northeastern United States.  Some of the most qualified	 speakers
in  the	 field will present a detailed view of PV potential to an
audience of utility and government planners and decision  makers.
The  speakers  include: Bob Stokes, Deputy Director of SERI, Ber-
nard Gillespie, Director of Mobil Solar Corporation, Edgar DeMeo,
Manager	 of  the  Solar	 Power	Division  at  the  Electric Power
Research Institute (EPRI) and Paul MacCready, President of  Aero-
vironment (the SUNRAYCER car).

The attendance is limited, but there  may  be  some  last  minute
opportunities.	Registration fee is $50.00.
