Thanks to everyone who replied to my request.  In case anyone else is
interested, I was told to look in pub/nntp-clients/lispm on ucbvax,
and/or contact Richard Welty at ge-crd.

Also, even though I got about a half-dozen replies by mail, no one
posted to the list!  This is the first time I've seen so much
adherence to proper netiquette.
