Patch 4 is >still< coming. I had some late breaking patches to add
and I didn't want to release anything until I had tested it 
throughly. That testing will end this week. Expect the patch to be
posted next weekend (May 13 and 14). It will also be available
from the archive-server@bcm.tmc.edu and via anonymous ftp from the
same machine in /public/nntp.patch.4 WHEN it is available
(which is not yet!!!).
