It's been brought to my attention recently by several authors that
they haven't seen their postings to sci.military; in nearly every
case, I did, in fact, post the article.  Some authors even wrote 
back, noting that they'd seen followups to their postings, but not
the originals.

This must be either a software bug, or something I don't know about;
it's possible, in fact, that I'm doing something wrong.  I intend
to check into it.

So, all of you authors out there, please drop me a note.  When you
submit an article to me, does it appear on your system consistently ?
Do you *ever* see your own articles ?

For simplicity, if I don't hear from you, I'll assume that your
submissions appear just fine on your own system.
