Oops, RFC 822 overrides RFC 1036 (so that netnews can be mailed around),
so the character set of Message-IDs is restricted to 54 characters
(excluding upper case, since some news software folds case in
Message-IDs).  Make that radix 32, <0i67urbsga@utzoo.uucp>, for a saving
of 11 characters.
