I am a grad student in electrical engineering and I am looking for
someone to share an apartment starting in the fall (Sept 1) or sooner.

I am looking for another non-smoking, clean, responsible and quiet
individual preferably in grad school.

I am willing to spend up to $450 per month and would like to live
within easy bicycling distance of U of T.
