If you are interested in attending, you must let me know by early next week;
after that date, you're on your own.  We need a full list of people attending 
in order to book rooms and cars, and most importantly, to satisfy one of the
conditions for funding.

If I have sent you mail, you are on my list and need do nothing more.  If not,
even if you have told me in person, send me mail -- that's the only way that
I record utterances.
