    The University of Sussex proposes to make an appointment to the

            CHAIR OF MOLECULAR GENETICS

(Full Professor) in the School of Biological Sciences. Applications are

invited from women and men with Research interests in any area of

Molecular Genetics. The University is seeking a person with a proven

Research record and an ability to provide leadership in both Teaching and

Research in Molecular Genetics in the University.

    This is a very attractive position, in a leading British University

which has a vey high reputation for its Research and Teaching. The University

is situated on the South Downs in East Sussex in a large Park; it is perhaps
