I've compiled the Unix version from SIMTEL20 on a sun3 (68020) and a 386i and neither program will recognize the '-a' switch. I can always use Xmodem (in Ymodem text mode) but I would like to know if other Zmodem users have this problem with 7 to 8 bit downloads. Roger
