Two questions:

	1)  Does anyone know of any commercial software, or public
	    domain code for conversion of TARGA graphics files to 
	    other formats such as GIF or PCX?

	2)  Is there any graphics file format set up for REGIS on VMS 
	    systems?  Something comparable to GIFs, PCXs, MACs, etc?
