	So far Champ-de-Mars has been distributed bimonthly as an insert
within the Journal of Object-Oriented Programming.
Beginning with the July issue it will be mailed to all Eiffel sites.
The format will be expanded and the name will probably be changed to
``Eiffel News'', as the original proved somewhat strange for
non-French-speaking readers.
