Has anyone used user-interface programming utilities for
IBM BASIC (e.g. routines for doing text editing, form-filling,
etc)? I was hoping I could find some that run in the 
interpreter and would sort of not require me to rewrite the 
ton of BASIC code we use where I work.

I only know about the Hammerly one (ProBas, ProScreen, etc.)
which was advertised in the April Byte.
