I think it was either in April or October of 1984, and contained articles on, among other BASICs, True BASIC and BASIC09. True BASIC was new at the time; BASIC09 had been around for a few years (I've seen BASIC09 manuals copyrighted 1980) and had (and still has) most of the features touted in a more recent BYTE article about the "New" BASICs.
