Someone posted a question to the net regarding IC probes a while ago.
Unfortunately, I've lost the identity of that person, but I do have
some information.  GGB industries makes a 'picoprobe' of several
different models.  One model (28) has the following specifications:
.04pf capacitance, DC-1Ghz response, 10^-14 amp leakage, very sensitive
unprotected MOSFET input (easy to zap).  Address is
