Should you anonymous ftp to wugate.wustl.edu to access the elm 2.2
archives, you will get this message.  The elm 2.2 sources and patches
are now in usenet/comp.sources.unix/volume18/elm2.2 on wuarchive.

The archives on wugate.wustl.edu have been permanently relocated to
wuarchive.wustl.edu [128.252.135.4].  Along with being moved, the archives
have been re-organized (see the file 'arrangement' on wuarchive) and
substantially more disk space is available for new archives.
