There is a program called Jugg'ler-128 for the Commodore C-128 operating
in CP/M mode that will read, write and format ADAM single sided CP/M
disks on a C-128 with a 1571 drive.  The price is $22.95 CDN or $19.95

I do not know of any for the IBM that read/write ADAM CP/M.
